Beef Veggie Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups organic tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1-1/4 cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1-1/4 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey


Directions
  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onion, cook until meat is no longer pink and drain.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; stirring occasionally. 
  3. Turn heat to low. Simmer covered for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
