Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pure coconut milk
- 3/4 cup almond cream
- 1 fresh cold banana, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
Directions
