Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, better without skin
- 4 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- long strips of bacon
- Salt and pepper
- Lay the chicken thighs open on a clean surface
- Add a dash of pepper and some cilantro on it.
- Fold the chicken thighs close and wrap with the long strips of bacon.
- Place the thighs on a baking tray or dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius. It is best to preheat the oven.
