Ingredients
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- ½ onion, roughly chopped
- ½ lb. sausages, with opened casings
- 3 cups of spinach or other greens
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sautee onions until slightly translucent.
- Place all sausages into pan and cook until browned.
- Reduce heat to low after adding spinach and cover.
- When the greens are wilted and soft serve immediately
