Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup other dried fruits of your choice
- Preheat your oven to 275F and mix the first six ingredients together.
- Mix in the add-in ingredients of your choice.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- Spread the mixture on the lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir once or twice before continuing to bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool.
