Baked Maple Salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Directions
  1. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Stir together the maple syrup, coconut aminos, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a small bowl then pour over salmon.
  3. Cover and marinate salmon for 30 minutes in the fridge; turn once to coat.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  5. Bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
