Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions
- Place salmon in a shallow baking dish.
- Stir together the maple syrup, coconut aminos, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a small bowl then pour over salmon.
- Cover and marinate salmon for 30 minutes in the fridge; turn once to coat.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- Bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
