Ingredients
- 1 pound beef flank steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
Directions
- Place beef in a large bowl.
- Combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, red wine, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour mixture over beef and toss well. Cover, and place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat. Add the carrots, green onions, and red bell pepper, cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the beef and marinade, cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
