Ingredients
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup green apple, cubed
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 1/2 cups roasted almonds, sliced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Place spinach onto salad plates. Arrange the oranges, raisins, apple, onions, and almonds on top.
- Whisk together the vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk in olive oil by droplets.
- Drizzle dressing over salad.
