Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, skinned and toasted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, coarsely chopped (70%-90% cocoa)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a food processor and pulse to combine. Stir in honey and pulse again.
- Transfer the dough into a bowl and stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into a log and place onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and cut the dough log into 1/2 inch thick slices on the diagonal using a bread knife.
- Place the slices cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and return to the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees F. Let cool and serve.
