Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1 cup dried prunes
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup natural Cocoa Powder
Directions
- Combine almond flour and flax meal in a bowl. Add vanilla, honey, and water, stir until smooth.
- Place dried prunes in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped. Stir the chopped prunes and raisins into the flour mixture. Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls then roll in cocoa powder until evenly coated.
- Chill covered for 10 minutes before serving.
