Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups organic tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1-1/4 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 1-1/4 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onion, cook until meat is no longer pink and drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; stirring occasionally.
- Turn heat to low. Simmer covered for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
