Ingredients
- 2 cups pure coconut milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70%-90% cocoa)
Directions
- Place chopped walnuts in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly browned. Cool and set aside.
- Stir together coconut milk and honey. Freeze about 20-30 minutes, or according to ice cream maker instructions.
- Add toasted hazelnuts, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips to the ice cream maker during the last 5 minutes of freezing.
